SMART Customer Feedback

The Paperless Office:

At TPO our web servers run 24 x 7 and we realised that we needed a
monitoring service that told us when some thing either had gone
seriously wrong, or ideally warned us before it did so, we wanted
something automated at a low cost that avoided us finding out from
our clients should there be a service interruption, SMART does it all
for us, and has worked very well since Feb 2009.

I trialled the service for a 2 weeks then realised how invaluable this
service is. No longer do I have to spare my technical and support
staff checking servers and our customer websites thus increasing
productivity. Also this provides me with a cheap out of hours
emergency support for our customers as I get notified immediately when
something goes wrong.
As for the service I had an email this morning, text, messages and
phone calls when I turned off ping on our qxtest server. I must say I
was very impressed as I turned it off 2 minutes earlier. As soon as I
turned this back on I got a message instantaneously saying server is
now back up.
