The SMART Partner Programme

Our SMART service is a specialised Server Monitoring service, which delivers focussed problem alerts to key support roles.

We are seeking SMART Service Delivery partners in all areas of the world. If your Customer base operate critical servers that would benefit from an enhanced early warning and alerting service - then we would welcome your application to join the SMART Partner Programme.

As a SMART reseller you would be able to offer your Customers the ability for your own Engineers (and first line support desk) to be notified of problems with their servers - before they find out for themselves!.

Any organisation running servers needs to reduce their down time and ensure that performance is optimised, SMART provides the basis for Support companies to be able to deliver on this promise and adds considerable value to your existing service delivery capability.

The SMART service can be bundled into and form part of an enhanced service contract that you would make available to your clients, SMART then becomes the basis of your enhanced service offering - reducing your customers down time or indeed identifying when a server upgrade is due - a very SMART offering.
