SMART Prices
The SMART monitoring service is very simply priced.
You can implement Smart Server Monitoring for only £360 per year - less than £1 per day per server.
You can implement Smart Web Site Monitoring for only £60 per year - per web site URL.
This cost covers our standard implementation and includes the cost of delivering all alerts, whether by email, SMS Text message of Voice Call** as well as providing the real time Dash Board which gives you a view of each servers performance profile.
Should your server require a bespoke configuration (if it is particularly large - for example), then there maybe a charge for supporting this requirement, we include around 2 hours of support during the set up process, further hours can be provided at the cost of £50 per hour.
If one or more of your servers are invisible in respect of internet connectivity, then we can still monitor those servers - we offer a standard solution @ £750 inclusive, we call this a 'Bridge Appliance' which simply reflects the monitoring packets out to our web platform. If this is required as part of your solution, then we would recommend that you use a network specialist partner for the install and Smart service provision.
If you choose to purchase SMART via one of our service delivery partners, then they will bundle the Smart service cost as part of their overall charges, these will include the initial service set up & testing and any on going support when responding to alerts on your behalf.
